ApplyTrue — Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information: email address and password (managed by Supabase Auth)
• Profile data: resume content, work history, skills, and preferences you provide during onboarding
• Job data: job descriptions and URLs you submit, plus generated materials (resume, cover letter, outreach)
• Usage data: basic logs of app activity (no third-party analytics in beta)

How we use it

• To operate the ApplyTrue service and generate your job application materials
• To improve the product during the beta period
• To contact you with updates or feedback requests (beta only)

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data to train AI models without your consent
• We do not share your data with employers or job boards

Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the US West region. Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit.

Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@applytrue.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
